Some rooms hold people.
She holds what's possible in them.

Where It All Began

“She walked in carrying things she didn't know she was carrying. She walked out lighter and absolutely certain.”

At 15, she walked into her first Landmark Forum. What she walked out with: a transformed relationship with herself and her parents at that age, turning her life around. She knew this was where she wanted to be.

10 years of intensive training completed the Curriculum for Living, trained as an introduction leader, then intensively trained as a seminar leader. Landmark trains its leaders over years to create environments where transformation is not a possibility but an outcome leaders consistently recognised for both their command of a room and the lasting difference they produce in people's lives.

One of the youngest program leaders Landmark ever produced. She did this almost every week. A room, a group of people, something at stake. What that does to a person is hard to describe from the outside. From the inside: you stop performing. The room becomes the place where you are most alive.

Her Work

Three distinct things. Done fully, or not at all.

Facilitation

If you've built a program and need someone to breathe life into it, she's who you call.

Ten years as a Landmark program leader shaped something in her that has no shortcut. Landmark trains its seminar leaders to rapidly move large groups into effective action, building mastery in performance, discipline, and the capacity to impact the effectiveness of others in large-group settings.

More recently, she delivered large-scale bootcamps for an ed-tech organisation online, with audiences of 500 to 2,500 people, with the added dimension of moving a room toward a decision. Product sales through presence. That is a specific capability, and a rare one.

She selectively takes on facilitation assignments. Not to fill a calendar. Because this work — where a room of people leaves differently than it arrived — is work she loves without reservation.

If you're building something that deserves this kind of presence in the room, she'd like to hear about it.

Let's Talk

The right fit matters more than the next opportunity.

If you're here about facilitation, tell her what you're building. She's selective, which means when she says yes, she means it completely.
